These Terms and Conditions will govern your membership and downloads to wam.tv when you become a member or you stream any media from the site. By accessing, using, printing, installing, or streaming any material from this site, you agree with ALL the Terms and Conditions below. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Changes will be made applicable one day after they are made. It is the user's responsibility to check back to the Terms of Service to keep informed about changes in policy.

REFUNDS

Refunds are possible by writing to our Customer Support representatives at the office @ wam.tv and explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction.

After a refund has been requested our staff will investigate it and will reply to the issuer within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued only after the Buyer (you) has worked with the Vendor (US) to fix the problem. When a refund is issued, the Vendor is responsible for deleting the credentials of the Buyer from the site, closing the account and the watch history of the Buyer.

COMPLAINTS

As you might know already we have a great customer support team and we welcome any complaints, suggestions, criticisms, and compliments. Please write to office @ wam.tv and during the working days we always reply within few hours, during the weekend please allow us 24 hours to reply.

CANCELLATION

You are free to cancel your membership anytime and the membership will be valid until the date when the next invoice should be released.

CONTENT NATURE

The Sites offer online entertainment. You acknowledge that you are aware of the nature of the content provided by this site, that you are not offended by such content and that you access the site freely, voluntarily and willingly, and that your community standards allow you to view such materials no matter your age of majority.
